Click on FAQ'S To get answers to frequently asked questions and to get started. Remember, we are not attorneys. We make no
representations concerning the law. We do, however, have first-hand experience regarding
arrest, how to help with emotions, explain finances associated with arrest, attorney
relationships and going through the penal system. I have personally experienced all of this.
I made a lot of mistakes. We can minimize your mistakes. Let us help!!!!
Hello Dear Friend,
I hope in these trying times you are well. I am here to help in any way that I can. I have first hand experience in the penal system, and I want to pass that on to you.
In 1991 I was arrested on drug charges and served almost eight years in federal prison.
As if being arrested wasn't enough I made many more mistakes. Dealing with attorneys, denial, confusion and I use that term loosely. More like mass confusion, and last and most important, family.
I would talk to anyone that would listen about advice, but they would just tell me things would work themselves out. You know, what they think you want to hear.
I read any thing I could get my hands on regarding my situation.
Did it help? YES.
ansfbsp; But the one thing I missed out on, the really big thing was not having a sort
of mentor. What do I mean? Someone to call and say, "Hey, you know what I'm going through,
can you give me some advice?" Someone with first hand experience to break it down for me.
What to expect at the beginning, middle and end of the legal proceedings. Someone to be
there every step of the way. Someone to call when your lawyer starts talking "That lawyer
0pt_ talk". That someone is me; and the people at Prison Information Helpline.
How many times have we all said, "If I had to do it all over again!!!"
I did, for eight years. Let me help so you won't have to.
I'm here.
Be strong,
Rob.
